Cheap horizon knockoff with no soul

The new black ops is a massive step back from modern warfare. The new game feels like it should have come out in 2012 not 2020. Gone are many of the mechanics that I loved in modern warfare. No more tactical sprint, mounting on obstacles, and most of all no more opening doors. It feels as though the developers were rushed to put this out as soon as possible and just put out an unfinished game that does not feel ready for market. The game is fun so I'm not completely disappointed but it is no modern warfare in any sense. The weapon balancing also seems to be an issue. The ak-47 is a laser with no recoil and you can shoot accurately clear across the map with smg's. None of the guns really have a distinctive feel to them and they all come off as practically the same gun. The maps are ugly and boring with no little details that maps need to make them feel "lived in". I truly am hoping that a lot of these things are fixed in the coming updates but I am not holding my breath. At the end of the day the game is fun so I would buy again but I would have saved my money for the future to buy a hopefully full finished game for a cheaper price.
