I know it's an action movie but, I think it has too much action rather than the plot. There is not much reason for John to kill so many people except for defending himself. What does the kill for? What is the specific goal to kill that bunch of peoples in each scene? I mean like want to get the information needed, or to acquaire some stuff, etc and why those things matters to him like JW1 with his car or dog.
I really love the character idea of John Wick. Hovewer, this movie does not deepened the character. We know John loves his wife and want to live in peace for his wife but, we need more depth to this relation. Like how they met, what is their dream when they got married, etc.
I also love the worldbuilding but, It is too slow to be revealed so it need another sequel to answer some question. I also love how downpath of JW character. It seems at the end of the movie he really becomes 'baba yaga' because what some character did to him. JW to overpower, eventhough he is surrounded by so many people, I bet he will survive and will continue kicking his enemies. the chance for him to survie is too big.
overall it is fun and interesting movie. but the tension is not as much as the two movies before
