It's not Jodie Whitaker's, or the concept of the Doctor being a woman's fault, it's the writing.... terrible, preachy, pc-guilt-laden writing....worst of all, it's horribly boring.. Not worth the wasted bandwidth of someone who has unlimited bandwidth.
