This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. What was supposed to be a one hour job, turn out to be a 4hr job and $1k because the employer keep complaining and making excuses. Don’t even waste your time and money on this company!!!
We have a one story home and the person in charge didn’t feel like working today and keep wasting time. The other employee was fine but unfortunately the person in charge was very rude and wasted my time and money.
Even if you are desperate, wait to hire the people that will take care of your belongings.
