I having been intently watching your musical programme for the kids TOP SINGER SEASON 2 FOR JUNIOR KIDS. ON FRIDAY, A BOY NAMED HRITHICK SANG A VERY OLD AND DIFFICULT SONG IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. When the four Judges acknowledged the extreme efforts to present the song in a most fitting pattern, started to suddenly sing a different tune and passed on most negligible and unfair comments. One Judge preferred the boy’s body language to synchronize with a note of the flute. Obviously, this is TOTALLY uncharitable and irrelevant. And Hrithik was rated far below he deserved. I now come to know that Mr. S.P. Balasubramaniam – a legend, far, far above the 4 JUDGES COMBINED TOGETHER had extolled the breezy nature of the boy’s ability to bring out the intricate nuances of even a tough song. On the other hand, one small girl, MEGANA, sang an ordinary song. It was good. But not good enough to reach anywhere near the original song. It is understandable that a girl of that young age could not sing better. But when the song rendered was to be compared with the original version, what Megana did was less than fair. But this girl was given the highest rank with all gimmicks. I write this just to bring out the truth that the judges are not totally objective. They are subjective with some shade of bias embedded deeply. This attitude does not augur well for your famous Channel like yours. I am confident you will take it in the right spirit. REGARDS.
