When my memory had already erased the CGI human cats from "Cats" this happens. Everything that was good in the first one has been obliterated here, replaced by non-sensical character motivation, a plot held together by a series of coincidences and terrible decision making, no sense of humor, powers and abilities that fluctuates depending on the needs of the moment and a completely wasted talent of actors. The result is a bloated meandering, self-indulgent and incoherent mess of a film that manages to waste everything that manages to work in its favor.
