I truly wanted to like this show. Patricia Heaton is always a draw! However, the script is juvenile, and there is no real depth to it. And while I understand that Patriciaโs character is excited about realizing her dream, she acts silly and is too loud and emotive. The canned laughter is overdone.
I hope the writers will either become more smooth or be replaced with some who can be more creative. Patricia needs a better vehicle than this.
