Incredible true life heroine as told by stellar performances by Annette Benning, Jodie Foster and supporting cast.

Where to start; we’ll, for one, it desperately made me want to talk to my father (died in 1970) who was a member of AEC; wrote the speeches for Walker Custer, CEO of Detroit Edison and did all the PR for Enrico Fermi. He was not a happy man and blamed Truman for dropping the bomb. The film is brilliant, it’s performances, cinematography writing, editing. A shoe-in to sweep the Oscar’s. Robert Downey is brilliant as the turn-coat. Self serving Sen, Straws who goes after a surprisingly naive, complex Oppenheimer. Emily Blunt was terrific. But the crown goes to Cullian Murphy. I had never heard of him before, but I will be following his career now.

It is nice to see an older Hugh Grant in a role that stretches his acting muscles. Nicole Kidman is also good as a woman coming to terms with the lies and intrigue in her marriage. All 3 episodes have left me wanting more.

While the performances were great. I was disappointed in the lack of character development and the painfully slow pace.
