Terrible way to end the movie. Paul Walker died from hooning around on the street, something this franchise glamorizes. Having art imitate life would have been a painful and cathartic moment, something I was hoping to get from this movie.
To make Brian simply waltz off into the sunset with his family was story telling at it's worst. Movies are great when they make real life fantastic and fantasy real, this movie had the chance to be that and threw it away.
The rest of the movie was good Fast and Furious stuff, but, in the end, by not being true to life they sucked the life out of it.
