Easily the least intelligent joker to date. The man has to be a genius to achieve the stuff he does. Atleast give him some god damn brains in the film. Sure his additude change and the breaking point for him was good but in no way do I ever see a man like him being able to terrorize an entire city and orchestrate multiple escapes from Arkham asylum.
