Great acting but how was Paul Bettany cast as the heartthrob who Claire Foy and other women fell in love with? She’s gorgeous and he’s not in the slightest bit attractive. Surely there are more dynamic, interesting, better actors for this role? Why do older men get these roles with younger more attractive women? I bet a man did the casting. A shame because it’s a good drama but all the way through I kept trying to see what was so attractive about this guy who mistreated all his wives!!!
