Skips over some things I felt were really key points in the novel, but overall very faithful to the spirit and story beats of the original story. The tones, colors, characters, and settings were masterfully done, and even a few of the aspects that might have felt rushed ended up being tied into the story in a very beautiful and thematically seamless fashion. Visually gripping throughout and a lot of brief easter eggs that referenced points that the film didn't have the screen time to address. I honestly would've preferred the movie to just be longer and hit on the more nuanced aspects of the politics at play, (where was Feyd'Rautha, and we got very little to nothing about mentats or the Navigators) but I will definetly be seeing it in theaters at least two more times.
