I love NCIS and have watched for years, but why do you think you need such an irritating character as Torres on the show ? A quirky character with a unique personality is one thing, but one who is as aggravating as Torres adds nothing but stupidity. The other characters are very likable, and if you decide to have Torres start fooling around with Bishop I will stop watching immediately... that will be so out of character for her it will be unbelievable... just my two cents worth...
