I refused to purchase either of the EA titles since FIFA pulled the plug but today I caved. I took up the offer of a 10 hour trial. I can honestly say I’ve never deleted a game in my time of gaming for 17+ years, but today I have. Genuinely after ten minutes… The graphics are great, and that is all. As a division one level player it’s absolutely shocking - the menus were lagging straight off the bat. I then score a 45 yarder three minutes into my first game - straight down the middle of the goal and against a 90 rated keeper - where is the fun in that? I’m genuinely in shock here. It’s so sad at what the franchise has become. Gutted even.
