Gripping series. Is he, isn't he? There's far more to this series than the reductory question of whether or not Benjamin is the eponymous gold digger. The various relationships explored (ex-husband, damaged children, ex-best friend) and ultimately that of Julia's and Benjamin's are what make this a thrilling, if often uncomfortable, ride.
