Watched this with my little brother when it was first broadcast in the 1960s and have been hooked ever since … bought the series on video and then upgraded to dvd … absolutely love it!! I know the sets and props are a bit far-fetched at times and maybe weak but that's what the budget allowed for at the time. The plots are pretty good with nice underlying good vibes … be good to everyone and breakdown those racial barriers … pretty well ahead of the times I think! Shame there weren't more series. Loved the movies that followed with the same original crew … great that Spock did live long and prosper!! The Next Gen is good too with Picard leading the way supported by Riker but the Original is still the best, at least for me!!
