I feel so empty after watching this show...I've never wanted a show to have a happy ending as much as this one and I'm so angry at the writers. I feel like I need 'closure' hence why I'm writing this review. Pros: I loved the soundtrack, "I really want to stay at your house" isn't a song I'd normally like, but the show made me fall in love with it. Also "Little Stranger" by Dawid Podsiadlo was really good too. The colors of the show are absolutely stunning, I'm a huge fan of Blade Runner so I love anything cyberpunk. *SPOILERS* This is probably one of my favorite anime shows I've ever watched. The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 is that HORRIBLE ending. I agree with everyone - this show was super rushed, they could have totally added more episodes. David cared so much about Lucy, and yet we barely saw much of their "relationship" after the first half, until the last episode. It felt like he wanted to be a edgerunner more than his love for Lucy. The first half of the show was amazing, I was hooked right away. ENDING: Two words: Hella depressing After Maine died - it seemed like the writers just rushed everything and wanted to make it a quick end. The ending was SOO UNSATISFYING, I keep catching myself watching Episode 4 and 10 and wish there were more scenes of Lucy and David's happy relationship. He says "I did this to protect you" and yet he dies and she's alone with no one to protect her lol - like how does that make any sense. His death really was for nothing. Not sure why they gave it such a depressing ending. Adam smasher "job" was to bring David back and yet he lands and just kills everyone - which was super lame. He killed David wayy too easily, their fight scene was horrible. Not sure why they killed off Rebecca - so unnecessary. I feel in love with all the characters and they all died. ALT Ending: Someone made a gif on twitter of an alternative ending that I honestly wish had happened. David killed Adam smasher, saved Rebecca, and surprised Lucy at the moon. I genuinely wished that was the ending cause I will forever feel unsatisfied from this show,.

Probably one of the lamest movies I’ve ever seen. Couldnt hear a thing the actors were saying had the volume all the way up and i dont even know where the plot of this movie was going???
