I haven't heard anything about how the grid is going to cope with about 9 million cars plugging in to charge up after work i presume that nearly all these people will be walking to work the next day unless they have a good back up system because when they are all plugging in the sun won't be shining and the wind May not be blowing, where is All the power going to come from, maybe the labour and greens can hook up to the grid with little generators on their push bikes and start peddling, i would like to see this because the grid is going to most certainly shut down with the extra load and of course we will all be in the dark, Steve
