What are the critics on to give this film 30%??? This film is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It even introduces new cool actions never seen before in film. Even Krampus is part of it! It’s a most fantastic exhilarating magical seasonal movie ride. Just finished it and I’ve pressed restart!

Literally the BEST Christmas film with wonder and magic. I’m addicted.

This updated version finally allows me to be part of my own childhood by seeing people like me on screen rather than the past constant feeling of being on the outside looking in. Mackenzie Crook has yet again brought us magic with the phenomenally great Worzel Gummidge. Absolutely warms me cockles this. I always wait for my most cosiet moments to curl up and watch this allowing the magic of it all to envelop me. Thank you.

Words cannot convey the raw emotion and absolute realism of this film. The teenage lead and her brother perform with acting masterclass that belies their age and experience. Nothing about this feels forced or contrived as we see the joyful lives of teenage girls and the issues many in the social care system suffer through daily. Despite its subject matter the film manages to inspire hope for the future if we can just hold on. A MUST WATCH.
