I was obsessed with this game as a child, and it still holds up phenomenally! I do a playthrough about once a year. The story is one of the best jrpgs have to offer, the art and world building are absolutely incredible, the combat mechanics are still unique and interesting, the cast of playable characters is huge and most of them are fantastically written, and between all the secrets and multiple endings Chrono Cross has a lot of replayability. 11/10 would recommend!
