A dreadful, uninspired, stupid mess. That is what this show is. If it didn't have the legacy of being a direct continuation of the original He-Man, it would be just another average Netflix series, but this does a disgrace to everything that was the original He-Man. They humiliated He-Man and Prince Adam in the very first episode and elevated Teela, a character who didn't have all that much significance as any other side character, despite what Kevin Smith tells you. This will not affect my review but it sure does suck to see something you have loved and held dear to your heart as a basis for your everyday morality be turned into softcore fanfiction for the more flamboyant side of writers to self-insert themselves into positions of power at the expense of a hero for young boys. If they wanted to have a show for that side of an audience, then Make. Another. Show. Well, my disappointment is immeasurable and all the leaks are true.
