Honestly this show really helped me understand how complex love really is. It’s fully of hurt, wonder, lust, and joy. It really is a beautiful thing. And seeing this story of two people come to life gave me so much happiness. We don’t see a ton of main stream lgbtq movies but this one I think will page the way for them. It really helps affirm people’s sexualities, myself included. The casting for this show is also remarkable. I loves how they got actual teenagers to play teenagers, and they didn’t manipulate the actors skin. The shows actors really just felt like people instead of characters with unrealistic features and expectations. I need a season 2 like… I might cry without one
