John Scott Lyons

This is my favorite competition show on television. Aside from being constantly entertained by original, creative, beautiful costumes and talent, the show gets you acquainted with these people who are strong, survivors. It isn't easy growing up gay in this country. As you get to know the "girls" and hear their stories--you fall in love with them. The emotional investment for me, has been huge. It feels like you make all these crazy wonderful friends that you cheer for and want to see achieve careers as entertainers.

Beautifully written and acted series showing how beautiful and joyous the world will be when we all overcome homophobia.
