It's not for everyone. If you're new to fighting games, and you're looking for an easy-to-comprehend game to pick up, SFV is a safe bet. It's fairly well-balanced, and execution is pretty damn easy in comparison to USFIV. However, if you already have 200 hours on Dragon Ball FighterZ, unless you wanna get this game just because it's just the new street fighter, this game might now be for you. It's really rushdown-intensive, and to be honest if I could refund this game, I would.
The graphics style is pretty much exactly the same as USFIV, with the exception that it has slightly more realistic proportions and no cel-shading. But it's not quite as beautiful as an Arc System Works game.
