Regarding the September 26th Evening News (West Coast edition), Norah O'Donnell complimented two reporters - Paula Reid and Adrian Diaz - for their "unbelievable" reporting. While I assume O'Donnell's intention was to congratulate each reporter for her important piece, the word "unbelievable" is a poor choice for a newscast that strives for honesty, integrity, and credibility.
