This show is brilliant. I thought there would never be a show that I'd become as obsessed with as Game of Thrones, but Dark pulled me in right from the start and I cannot say enough glowing comments about this series. Perfectly cast with stunning cinematography, an intricate plot line (so if you don't speak German you have to pay attention to the dialogue on screen at all times or you might miss something!), combined with a wonderfully atmospheric musical score. I've been raving about this show to friends, family and co-workers since I watched both seasons. Total binge material. It has been compared to Stranger Things due to the fact that it is also from the sci-fi genre, however the only similarity other than the genre, really, is the 80's style musical score but the rest is VERY different; for starters, ST is more of a tween/young teen series, however Dark has a much more 'mature' story line and not really for kids. Both seasons 1 and 2 are brilliant and I can't wait for season 3! The vast majority of comments are are extremely positive like mine but I do notice maybe 2 or 3 negative comments about not being able to follow the plot etc but I think that says more about the person making such comments rather than the show itself.

Absolutely stunning from all graphics to storytelling. It is not one of the best but the best.
