Educated : I am speaking from experience. The first amendment gives people the freedom to live beliefs - but - those beliefs should be legal. And that included what is printed by mere men in the book The Bible. Abuse in any walk of life is unacceptable. The group of males called " The Gvmt " have not policed religious organizations. It wasn't until 911 that The Patriot Act was written to deter criminal activity in religious organizations. Churches were at that time disassembled by the FBI . Unspeakable crimes were uncovered. There are millions of people in the US who have suffered diabolical abuse and physical threats in churches. Medical doctors across the country have medically tortured Americans who participated in any faith to the extreme. These doctors lock religious patients up. Torture them w mind altering drugs. Scar their medical records w a permanent diagnosis all because they believed churches and their teachings must be safe because " The Gvmt." made provisions for them. Torture for religious beliefs is diabolical. So are religious groups that violate human rights. So is a " boys club gvmt " that allows it. People have become wise to the scheme and no longer engage in religious practices. Any organization that threatens bodily harm - instills fear - instills guilt - retrains the normal thought process - strays from what we are taught through compulsory education - should be avoided. Tara's parents are among the victims from.coast to coast who have been naive enough to allow brain washing. She should be helping her family and protect her family and hold the " gvmt." accountable. Lobby to change laws. I know for a fact there is a higher power . But it is nothing like man's interpretation. This presence is like a beam of light. When engulfed in it there are no words. Only a feeling of love. One can sit in its presence in perfect peace. It knows no gender, race , list of mistakes , hatred , negative behavior. It can beam us up and take us through space and time to another place. Tara and others like her should lobby to change laws and spirituality on this planet would be more important productive if it involved people.gathering to support and help each other in daily life. Nothing more. Educated has caught the eye of many and they want to talk. Tara and others like her need to make themselves available by email for people who need encouraged . She wrote a book - promoted the book - dogged her family ( all.victims lead astray) and she has made herself untouchable and unreachable. She leaves no gmail address or mailing address - nor has she trained a team to take phone calls and return people's inquirys and counsel them and offer resources for them to get out of these groups. We all have story's. You can tell your story all you want but unless it's for the purpose of helping others who have experienced the same thing then you are just doing it for the money and how is that any different then what you " accuse " your family of. It's because of their suffering that she even has a story. How shallow must one be to exploit the sufferings of many to make royaltys and walk away. ? There are tons of people who grew up in public schools who were forced to attend church and suffered many things right under the nose of school staff and childrens services and local law enforcement . You are not alone Tara. Education keeps us focused and gives our mind productive things to things about . Religious groups should not be allowed to use any books to teach from . They should just gather and have educated talks about every day life and come up w productive ways to support each other. Thank you.....
