I LOVE that she actually let's her guests talk instead of interrupting & stealing their thunder. They are YOUR GUESTS. YOU asked them to come on your show. Be respectful of that. I also think she allows more time for her guests so she doesn't have to cut them abruptly off. She's a real good listener & host. Is she like that off screen???? No clue.
