Ad Astra was so boring at parts I actually fell asleep. This movie is a forgettable inaccurate sci-fi piece with so many plot holes and problems that it’s almost difficult to follow. If you’re looking for the next great space movie, don’t go see this, if you’re looking for Brad Pitt to deliver a great rendition of a complex character...don’t go see this. If you want an action movie, don’t go see this. If you want 2 hours of voiceover narration and monologue of how Brad Pitts character learns to be happier with his life, this is your movie. Oh, and the 20 minute pointless story deviation to the space station with killer evil monkeys will leave you SO confused you may actually get up and leave the movie. I want my money back.
