In The Stans, S1: Ep.4, when they visited the orphanage I was nervous of what they might find there or if they would take it seriously but they did an absolutely beautiful job of capturing what was happening. Those children were heartbreaking but happy. You could tell they were well taken care of us. The series is definitely worth a look.
