*Minor spoilers ahead.
I went into this game with questions in my mind as there were a lot of bad reviews. I managed to stay spoiler free so that gave me a chance to judge it fairly. Unlike many others, I have enjoyed the story tremendously. First game was played from a very singular point of view. This game however gave me a huge chance to empathize with almost every faction in the game. In fact, towards the end, I was killing a lot less people than from the start. The LGBTQI elements were a significant part of the story but the game was not heavily influenced by that subject. This was a bloody revenge story, which had the power to make the player see things from multiple sides. I congratulate the team for telling their own story in a very powerful way.
Gameplay dynamics were pretty similar to the first one with some improvements. They were not revolutionary so I would take a half star from there but the visuals of the post apocalyptic America made up for the difference.
Great job, I strongly urge you to buy and play this game.
