This book had too many plot holes. Things were never explained (Pretty, her bloodwork @ the Dr's office, the confession of the shooter, although we know who did it. (etc...).
It was all about the latest & greatest fashion trends.
I do like how she has a vision about her brand, but that was it, a vision. The ending was dumb & there should have been @ least an epilogue.
If you intend to read this, check it out @ the library, like I did. Save your money!

Excellent show. I never heard of it until I was scrolling through Netflix. Luckily, I can binge watch it. This show is hilarious, cute, & different.
Everyone on this show is funny. I highly recommend.

Pros: 1) acting was superb 2) special effects awesome 3) period piece disturbing but true.
Cons: 1) storyline was all over the place 2) the family was attacked from all angles 3) not too much was explained, and 4) if it was, the interest was gone & it waited too long in the season.
I did binge-watch & do recommend people watch the show. Cat in the bag ep will draw a few 😢.

The movie wasn't great, but it was funny. My favorite character was The Crab. The restaurant scene was very funny, especially when he explained how he became half-creant.

The acting was superb, but that was it. I fell asleep on it. The scenes were too long & the movie didn't talk about her life. I thought the movie was going to focus on Ma Rainey, but majority of the scenes were between Levee & the band.

I loved this show. I watched the entire series in 1 day. I hope Netflix will bring this show back for a 2nd season, they can't leave it with this cliffhanger. Netflix, "BRING THIS SHOW BACK."
