Most of the evidences presented in the film suggest the negative health effects of animal fat, but it's painted as the negative health effects of meat itself. As if there exist malevolent American corporative masterminds that manipulates people to fall into an unhealthy diet so that they can earn more money.
I mean, sure, MAYBE. It's not an invalid question to ask.
But if that really is the case, the rest of the world should suggest a different story. Many health organizations worldwide actually suggest people with diabetes to consume some animal-based protein. You can't just do a brief google search and say that meat is bad for diabetes. The film's claim, by stitching up irrelevant researches and without considering sufficient facts, just seems like a tantrum to turn people into vegan to achieve its political goal. I'm disturbed to see such an immature film presenting itself on Netflix.
