I am amazed that the publishers of such an eminent author, one who praises her copy editor, at te end of the book, should have let so many typos get through to the final published edition. I'm not prepared to trawl through all 951 pages to point them out, but believe me, they are there.
Usually, missed out small words, linking words like the or be, but minor errors that should have been picked up.
This is not a criticism of the author, but of the publishers, who failed in their contribution to the delivery of this book.
