This miniseries is a microcosm of the world where war interferes into people's private lives. The strength of the human spirit stands out in the story. And although their lives are woven against the background of war, it seemed like time stood still. It was not about heavy fighting, grim, killing, violence... The screenplay revolved around characters who rise over and above their misery, their strength, their hopes and dreams. Great costume, cinematography, musical scoring, amazing cast, screenplay...all deserve a standing ovation. Kudos to Netflix and everyone involved in this drama series. Thank you so much.
