I really appreciated this movie. It discussed some issues in terms of the fact that some people don't have a hero and that freedom amongst people is where the true hero lives. It hinted and carefully made these points without overly politicizing the point. Beyond that the fresh new set of hero introduced were fantastic. I imagine it would be easy to draw comparisons to Marvel.. and that is ok cause they do great movies. They cast the characters perfectly. After Jusice League was nearly ruined for me with the Flash I wasn't sure how they would do with a new set if super heros.. but they were all spot on. DR. Fate, and Hawkman were really great. Very entertaining from start to finish. It has some minor comical moments and a couple of jokes fell a little flat.. but beyond that seriously excellent work.
