I appreciate the they/them pronouns and such, but they’re really trying too hard. Lagoona is changed, Clawdeen’s ears are poor quality, and Deus doesn’t have his iconic shades. That doesn’t even cover half of the problems with this. Maybe, just maybe, this would’ve been nice if it came out 2017 or so, but this is a poor introduction and example of Monster High in general. It’s 2022, you would figure this would’ve been more.. modern? Just better in general.
