Check in was relatively quick as there were 2 people on the desk. When checking out we noticed only one person checking people in. I was disappointed that you had to pay extra for the safety deposit box and pool towels, I expected that some of these facilities would be included staying at a 4star+ hotel. The pool area was a bland not enticing at all. The rooms were great, with plenty of hangers, a small fridge and a large balcony. It would have been nice to have coffee and teas replenished in the room and we had to ask for shower gel. We were dropped off at a hotel down the road, which wasn’t too much of a problem but when the pickup was there too in the pouring rain, it wasn’t much fun. Food was plentiful but not very tasty.
