I think Guy Fieri is a very unsanitary person. He plays with the food while people are preparing it. He sticks his hands in the food and taste it with no gloves on. I wouldn't eat anything he cooked. I don't understand why the places he visit let him put his hand in the food they are cooking with out gloves.
