⭐️ 1 STAR - COMPLETE DISGRACE! AVOID LONDON LANE CLINIC, BROMLEY! I am absolutely disgusted with the service (or lack of it) from London Lane Clinic in Bromley. They have repeatedly failed me and my children during urgent medical situations. My young son had an appendectomy, and when it came time to remove the stitches, they flat-out refused to see him. A routine, post-surgery follow-up — and they wouldn't even look at him. How can a GP surgery turn away a child recovering from surgery? Another time, I rushed in with my small child who had a bleeding nose, and instead of helping, they coldly told me, “We’re not available, go somewhere else.” No compassion. No urgency. No help whatsoever. They acted like we were an inconvenience! Every time I call or try to get an appointment, the response is the same: “We’re fully booked, go to a walk-in clinic or hospital.” Then they hang up or drop the line mid-conversation. Totally unprofessional and uncaring. This clinic is a total waste of time. They don’t help in emergencies, they won’t follow up after surgeries, and they clearly don’t care about patients — especially children. I’ve never felt so let down by a GP. If you value your family’s health, go anywhere else. This place is a shocking failure on every level.
