J “Itsme” Try

The acting is awful. Overacting like kids doing a school play. The characters lack depth. Lots of silly effects and ridiculous modern dialogue. Really very low rate.

Amazing. The very best thing is the atmosphere created. The lavish costumes, the silence - a stark reminder of a time with no technology. The pauses between dialogue. What is left unsaid. The lack of annoying background music. It is a drama where the actors actually can do what they are paid for! Act and make it believable. Should be shown in schools as part of our English heritage.

Just watching it without being too analytical - it’s childish Disney type dialogue, teen drama acting and completely boring. Wish we could have some proper intelligent grown up SF dramas.
