The animation took away the heart of what was expected from watching Rick and Morty. The show seemed more of cheap knock off and peddled from street vendors trying to pass something off as authentic.

It had allot potential. Background music overshadowed allot of the dialog (like a Hallmark Movie). The movie needed more character build up and costume design. The writing kept me interested. As for the continuity; the characters are supposed to be "20th - 21st Century" sooooo what's with the "Androids in Retro / Punk Leather"?.?.
