It's a typical story with a village baddie and authentic dialogues. Sadly this series falls prey to a cliffhanger ending , a bad cliffhanger mind you, to secure another season and fails to deliver a satisfying "complete" story. Other than the phishing scam element the story of Jamtara - Sab ka number ayega is similar to Mirzapur but doesn't engage as much as the latter. Two secondary characters who are pivotal at the beginning of the story and act as a catalyst to the "conflict" in the story are later simply sidelined and under utilized. With reliance on a cheap trick as a cliff hanger looses its credibility and delivers a lack luster non ending . Bad bad.
