Adam Sandler's transformation from the comical beast to the sober, seriously motivating characters has been phenomenal. He delivers yet another acing performance as a personal coach to one Bo Cruz, a young energetic violently pictured basketball sensation from Spain (what a name to pick first of all). The movie depicts the hectic life of an athlete on-screen behind the hidden sensational hard work (which is a reminiscence somewhat of the past of Stanley Sugarman played by Adam). And Yes to the most important msg, "Never Back Down!". Apart from all this, some actual NBA stars (coaches & players alike) have played roles in the film making it even more interesting to watch!
