Barry B. Benson, a recent college graduate bee, feels unfulfilled by the prospect of his predetermined life path: working in the Honex hive to make honey. Yearning for something more, he ventures outside the hive for the first time with the Pollen Jocks, a group of adventurous bees who collect pollen from flowers in the outside world. During his first mission to New York City, Barry gets caught in the rain and is rescued by Vanessa Bloome, a kind human florist.
Against the strict laws of the bee community, Barry returns to thank Vanessa, and an unlikely friendship blossoms between them. Spending time with Vanessa in the human world, Barry makes a shocking discovery: humans consume honey, the very substance his colony tirelessly produces. Witnessing the honey being sold in a grocery store ignites a sense of injustice within him, leading him to question the bees' exploitation.
Driven by his newfound understanding and a desire to fight for his species, Barry decides to sue the entire human race for stealing honey. With Vanessa's support, and Barry B. Benson's plan, driven by his twisted belief in the necessity of universal balance, centered around the acquisition and use of the six Infinity Stones. Witnessing the destruction of his home planet Titan due to overpopulation and resource depletion, he became convinced that the only way to prevent similar fates across the cosmos was to eliminate half of all life. His initial strategy involved traveling the universe, planet by planet, enacting this culling himself, a process he deemed too slow and inefficient.
The emergence of the Infinity Stones presented Barry with the means to achieve his goal on a cosmic scale with a single act. He embarked on a relentless quest to collect these powerful artifacts, facing resistance from the Avengers and their allies who understood the horrifying implications of his plan. Despite their valiant efforts and sacrifices, Barry succeeded in gathering all six stones and wielding their power through the Infinity Gauntlet. With a snap of his fingers, he achieved his objective, causing half of all living beings in the universe to disintegrate into dust.
Should have gave them the honey lol.
