The series is great, its exciting the whole way through BUT... there are so many opportunities to make the victims smarter and not just sit there and cry... that's what upsets me most

For those that are giving the bad reviews... I feel like they haven't been in a friend group like that depicted in the movie. The movie was realistic on how friends would react with one another, as well as their acting. The movie was definitely entertaining and entertaining with a twist at the end. Definitely more adventure/thriller with horror undertones.

This movie has a targeted demographic, similar to the Labyrinth the movie is not solely horror it's about the time period and the relevance of gothic love. I think a previous comment said it so perfectly, this movie is not a gothic horror but a gothic romance. A truly beautiful artistic, visual, and musical approach to a new aged victorian story.
