Honervera Honesta

This was such an amazing movie, some scenes may leave feelings of discomfort (especially if your vegetarian/pescatarian/vegan) but honestly, it's to be expected in a movie about cannibalism. Sebastian Stan and Daisy Edgar are the perfect actors for the roles.

I was first a bit hesitant to watch this, but in a moment of boredom, I decided to go for it, and can I just say IT WAS NOT A MISTAKE. I've watched this over 10 times and it always gets better. I've fallen head over heels in love with the characters, they each have their own separate story, even minor characters, which makes it seem more realistic. The romance between Victor and Yuuri was slow going and mature, which is a big difference from many anime where the characters are younger and create many misunderstanding. If your looking for medium angst and heartwarming endings this is 100% the anime for you. Everytime I hear music from this show I just want to drop want i'm doing and re-watch it.

This is such a heartbreaking yet good show! I loved it and binged watched it all in one day.
