demi really poured her heart and soul into this album omg. the lyrics in each song are so powerful and the overall theme is just so inspiring to so many people. this album really shows off her versatility genre-wise. by listening to this album from start to finish, demi is taking us with her on her journey from the traumas in her past to her now self-acceptance and positive mindset in the present. so so so beautiful and well done<3
