Couldn't understand completely Poh coming in first tonight as the majority of her presentation wasn't red. The other thing is if the food isn't cooked properly then you shouldn't serve it. The meal is judged as a whole no forgiveness. E.g. wonderful meal but peas or pumpkin not cooked.
