Just trash like always… this past generation from Xbox 360/PS3 to Xbox Series X/S/PS5 has seen some of the worst maddens in history. Seriously stop supporting this game or company. I didn’t buy this game at all got it on PC game pass cuz to be honest it’s only worth my time not my money and even then felt like to much. Now with that background out of the way onto what I objectively think of this game. Passing is that same garbage that permeated from Madden since Xbox 360 can’t use any other rating consistently to an advantage to get an open man besides High speed or Route Technician. DBs can still intercept the ball through WRs. Running game dear god make it stop. If u want a free 5 yards every play just play a running team chew clock and I guarantee u will dominate your games. Watching the rushing game play out in a game is like gambling ur just praying u get a good tackle animation that either A) pushes the runner back or B) keeps him in the same place. The defensive AI doesn’t have a good understanding of where they are so a lot of goal line tackles get broken up or they get taken for a ride and all you need is a Bruiser body type running back (thanks Madden 21 for the introduction of the body type mechanic and breaking the game more). Deep Halves glitch out in which if you put a route that would normally get covered by a deep half they just won’t play it. Matter of fact deep halves play a lot of the middle. A lot of the staff at EA has recently quit so yikes yeah Madden 23 might be the worst Madden game in history. All in All DO NOT BUY THIS GAME AND STOP PAYING MONEY ON MUT THIS COMPANY DOESNT DESERVE THE BILLIONS WE GAVE THEM!!!
